Two philanthropic awards for Mirova Foundation in 2025

In 2025, Mirova Foundation has juste been distinguished twice through awards celebrating the quality and impact of its philanthropic work in support of the public interest.

• Mirova Foundation was awarded of the 7th edition of the ‘Grand Prix de la Philanthropie in the “Multi-thematic” category. Created by Groupe Ficade in 2019, this award recognizes philanthropic initiatives and encourages companies to engage social, environmental, and humanitaian causes. Organized in partnership with La Fondation de France, it aims to inspire businesses to have/generate a positive impact on society..

• Mirova Foundation was also awarded “Endowment / Foundation of the Year” at the IMPACT Investment Awards 2025 organized by Environmental Finance.

Philanthropic initiatives recognized by our ecosystem

These awards highlight the Venture Philanthropy approach of Mirova Foundation: support NGOs closely aligned with their needs, beyond structural and long-term financial support.

They also highlight the diversity of the causes supported by Mirova Foundation.

Guided by a clear purpose, “Empower each individual to act and emancipate themselves to build their future”, Mirova Foundation focuses on three priority areas of emancipation and empowerment:

• Education and skills development, so that everyone can access the fundamental knowledge and realize their full potential

• Access to employment, so that integration through economic activity can be an entry point for more inclusion

• Access to essential resources (energy and water), so that energy transition allows everyone to benefit from decent living conditions and can become an actor of change

A collective and committed dynamic

Finally, this recognition reflects the strength of the collective mobilized around the endowment fund. Since 2021, more than 110 Mirova employees have been actively involved in project selection, monitoring, and skills-based volunteering initiatives.

Beyond these awards, it demonstrates a constant ambition: to support concrete, sustainable, and inclusive solutions serving the public interest.
